Terms of Service

Agreement and service

These terms govern your use of I MAKE WAY, operated by Ready Future Lead LLC. By creating an account or using the service after receiving notice of these terms, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling, and our Community Guidelines govern shared content. The service supports Christian faith practices, reading, private people and check-ins, and community videos and messages. It is not a professional medical, mental-health, fitness, legal, or emergency service, and it does not guarantee spiritual, relational, or athletic outcomes.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 14. If you are under 18 or the legal age of majority where you live, use the service only with a parent or guardian’s permission; they should review these terms with you. Give accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and do not use someone else’s account or misrepresent your authority. Tell us about suspected unauthorized use. Parent permission and the pledge are not biometric identity checks. Do not create accounts for children below the minimum age.

Private practice and community participation

You choose whom to include in private practice and what to share. Keep private details about other people out of shared posts unless you have appropriate permission. Respect boundaries and consent; do not pressure people to accept religious beliefs, respond, or disclose personal experiences. The pledge is a personal intention, not a promise of results, a legal waiver, or permission to publish private notes.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, and display it only as reasonably needed to provide the service you requested, enforce rules, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Shared material is displayed to its intended service audience; private material is not licensed for public promotion. This license does not transfer ownership or permit unrelated advertising use. It ends when the content is deleted, except copies retained for lawful backup, legal, or safety reasons and copies retained independently by recipients. You must own or have permission for music, images, videos, text, and the likenesses or personal information you submit.

Rules and moderation

Follow our Community Guidelines. Do not publish illegal, abusive, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, exploitative, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content; impersonate others; infringe rights; spam; evade enforcement; interfere with the service; or access data without authorization. We may review reported or suspected violations, restrict distribution, remove content, suspend accounts, or end access when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement. We do not promise to pre-review every post. You can request reconsideration at hello@imakeway.com. Repeated copyright infringement may result in account termination.

Reporting and removal

Use in-app reports when available or contact hello@imakeway.com. Our Safety & Removal page explains urgent nonconsensual intimate-image requests and copyright complaints. Do not email illegal images or material depicting sexual exploitation of children. Report immediate danger to emergency services. Reports do not automatically establish wrongdoing; we consider available information and applicable law.

Our materials and app license

Our brand, interface, and service materials are owned by us or their licensors. We permit personal, noncommercial use of the service. Do not redistribute protected readings or media beyond permissions provided by the relevant owner. Apple’s standard app license applies to App Store distribution unless a custom license is expressly supplied. Apple is not responsible for operating our community or providing support. Independent links and service providers have their own terms.

Availability, charges, and changes

The current app does not sell a paid subscription or paid digital feature. If we introduce one, its price, renewal, cancellation, and applicable store payment terms will be presented before purchase. These terms do not authorize a charge. Website merchandise, if offered, is subject to separate checkout and order terms. Features require compatible devices and an internet connection and may change or be unavailable. We will provide notice of material changes where required; if you disagree, you may stop using the service and delete your account.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and initiate account deletion in Profile > Settings. See Account Deletion for the process and retention limits. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, legal requirements, or risks to the service or others. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to contact support. Provisions needed to resolve existing claims or protect rights continue after termination.

Disclaimers, responsibility, and disputes

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted access, complete security, or particular results. We are not responsible for independent user statements or actions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses our own unlawful conduct, or waives your nonwaivable consumer rights. Applicable United States federal and state law governs as determined by law. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver in these terms. Contact hello@imakeway.com to attempt to resolve a concern; you retain access to courts and other remedies available under applicable law.

Contact and updates

Contact Ready Future Lead LLC at hello@imakeway.com. Updates are posted with their effective date. A material change will be communicated through appropriate service notice before taking effect where required. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains effective to the extent permitted by law.
