Report a concern without an account

Email hello@imakeway.com to report content or a safety concern. Include a link, Story ID, poster name and date, or another description that lets us find the content. You may also use in-app report controls. Do not attach the offending intimate image or video, especially any material involving a child. Contact emergency services for imminent danger.

Nonconsensual intimate-image removal

We prohibit real or digitally created intimate images shared without consent. The person depicted, or their authorized representative, can send a removal request to hello@imakeway.com with the subject "Urgent intimate image removal". Include: your full name and a typed or electronic signature; enough information to locate the image or video; a brief statement that you are the person depicted or their authorized representative and did not consent to its publication; and contact information so we can follow up. You do not need an I MAKE WAY account or to locate duplicate copies. Do not submit the image itself.

How we handle these requests

On receipt of a valid nonconsensual intimate-image removal request, we will remove the reported depiction within 48 hours and make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies, consistent with the TAKE IT DOWN Act. We may request information necessary to locate content or confirm a representative’s authority. We will acknowledge and track the request and communicate the outcome. This process also covers intimate deepfakes and other digital forgeries. Other safety complaints are assessed based on urgency and applicable law.

Copyright complaints

If content infringes your copyright, contact hello@imakeway.com with "Copyright complaint" in the subject. Include your signature, identification of the copyrighted work, the location of allegedly infringing content, your contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, their agent, or law, and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner, made under penalty of perjury. We may remove or restrict reported content and terminate repeat infringers when appropriate. This contact process does not represent that a DMCA designated-agent registration has been completed.

Appeals and safeguarding

Contact hello@imakeway.com to request reconsideration of a moderation action, identifying the decision and why you believe it was mistaken. Do not retaliate against reporters. Suspected child exploitation is treated as an urgent safety matter and handled under applicable reporting obligations. Never upload or email child sexual abuse material to report it. In the United States, concerns may also be reported to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org.
